The area we cover is to help you become a project manager, scrum master, PMO analyst, business analyst, and product owner. Our project-based approach will help you become competent in software and system development within 6 months, depending on the program you are.
Your training is divided into three categories: theoretical training, tools training, and your personal project, where you apply your knowledge and tools to gain work experience. The training spans a period of six months across these three phases. About Project Management & Business Analysis (PMBA) Training
Project Management and Tech. Business Analysis (Hybrid):
Do you want to have UK experience in project management and business analysis to become an experienced project manager, PMO analyst, project coordinator, business analyst, scrum master, and product owner? If you answer a resounding "YES!" to that question, then "ENROL" for our PMBS training today and start your UK work experience journey. Please kindly note that this is not a course where you will do an academic exercise but rather a training where you are going to learn industrial tools and software that are being used in project management and business analysis as it relates to tech. You will be given a real project lifecycle to implement completely alone to boost your confidence holistically. This is our intervention logic, and it is peculiar to us at THE 3REST LTD.
The technological sector that our scope covers consists of 3 primary units. The program/project monitoring office (PMO), the business analysis unit, and the development unit. The PMO is the one responsible for system/product improvement, and development. The program management office consists of people responsible for project delivery, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, governance, quality assurance & control, program audit/review, and other administrative responsibilities. Those who work in this department are the project managers and their assistants or deputies, project coordinators, PMO analysts, PMO administrators, project planners, etc. To work in this sector, you will have to learn their roles and responsibilities, their expected skills, and the tools they are expected to use in line with best practices.
The next unit is the tech business analysis unit, which is responsible for the system or product development. They manage the design of the products or the systems. The conduct research about how to improve on existing products or design another one to meet stakeholders' satisfaction. They use different analytical templates and designing tools to develop their epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, used cases, and the definition of ready. Those who work in the unit are the business analysts and the business support analysts. To work in this sector, you will have to learn their roles and responsibilities, their expected skills, and the tools they are expected to use in line with best practices.
Development Unit (Agile-Scrum): The third unit is the development unit, which consists of the product development team. Depending on the project management methodology used, the framework used in this sector determines the roles, responsibilities, skills, and tools used. For the purpose of this training, we are going to make use of "Agile-Scrum Development Framework." In agile-scrum framework there are 3 primary roles which are the scrum master, the product owner, and the developers or development team. You will only be trained as scrum master and product owner (NOT AS DEVELOPER). This is where you learn how to use the product outputs developed by the business analysts to develop the "product backlog" that the developer will use to deliver the final product. Here is where you will be working with developers (who are self-organized) either as scrum master or product owner or product tester in some cases. To work in this sector, you will have to learn their roles and responsibilities, their expected skills, and the tools they are expected to use in line with best practices.
ABOUT YOUR TRAINING
Your training is divided into three categories: theoretical training, tools training, and your personal project, where you apply your knowledge and tools to gain work experience. However, you will still have access to our training tools and resources for one year (the six-month inclusive), along with a two-year reference support window.
1) Theoretical Training: This aspect will only cover 10% of your time, which might be either personal or collective.
2) Tools Learning: This aspect will be the next stage of your training, and it will only cover 20% of your time. You will be taught on the use of tools and reporting templates that you will need to use throughout your project lifecycle. This will constitute 20% to 25% of your time.
3) Personal Project: This is the last phase of your training, and it will take 65% to 70% of your training span. This is where you are going to face your project 100% working alone using all the tools. You will be allocated a support analyst who will support and review your progress. Progress reporting is part of the tools you will be using, so you will have to report your progress according to the PRINCE II reporting templates that you will be taught and provided.

Can I enroll for only Project Management or Business Analyst?
No for now, since our primary objective is to give you UK work experience on project lifecycle implementation in tech, we feel that allowing you to be trained in part will be counterproductive to our object. However, this is subject to future review. If you are more comfortable to enrol in part, use the "Contact Us" menu to message us, and we can discuss it.
Am I going to carry out my project with other group member?
No. This is a personal project, and it is going to be implemented by you alone from the initiate stage to the closure stage. You will have access to support analysts at every stage of your project to provide guidance and support throughout your project lifecycle.
Are we going to get a certificate at the end of this training?
What you need to apply for a tech job after your existing qualification is your UK work experience in this field. We are going to give you a UK work experience reference to apply for job. You will have the opportunity to put any of this post in your work experience to apply for such jobs and we will reference you as such, because you will play all those roles during your project. They are: 1) Project Manager or Assistant PM, 2) PMO Analyst, 3) Project Support Analyst, 4) Business Analyst, 5) Product Owner and 6) Scrum Master
Do you conduct real projects for your PMBA training?
Yes, you will be allocated personal project which wll constitute 65 to 70% of your time. This will give you opportunity to experience the implementation of project lifecycle. This is a real project with UK experience
Will I pay for Tools, softwares and Templates after payment of my enrolment?
No, your cost of tools, which cover software and templates, has been built into your enrollment cost. Once you have paid for your training, you are not going to be charged again for cost of tools
Your rate is higher than that of others
In terms of value, the answer is no! No other organization trains you as an individual; install all software and templates and allow you to carry out personal project that covers all project lifecycle where you will act the role of project manager, scrum master, PMO Analyst, business analyst, product owner, PMO administrator, and project planner will charge less than ours. That is why the majority do group training and never care if everybody got it right or not. The value of what we are going to expose you to in a year is far more than what you will spend over 4 years in university to achievea , where you will pay close to £30,000 or Masters program of one year, where you will pay over £15,000. You will see value for your money and an early return on your investment. This is because we are not going to deal with many people, we will just accept a manageable size of trainees.
Is PMBA a course?
No!. This is not an academic course; PMBA training is industrial training where you will learn and gain UK work experience in tech as a project manager, PMO analyst, business analyst, scrum master, and product owner. Regardless of your country, we will reference your job application with UK work experience after your project.
Can "The 3REST Ltd" reference me even if I have not completed my project but I got a job offer?
Two things are involved. The first is the level of your project and the position you are applying for. For example, if you have completed 50% of your project, you can apply for project manager and PMO analyst, but you cannot apply for business analyst. Also, you can only apply for the scrum master position and product owner position after 100% completion for us to reference you. If you have existing experience, then we can discuss it. In all, just make sure you inform us and receive feedback before using our company name for work experience, it is only then we can reference you. However, if you have already gotten the job and the reference is delaying you, then we can discuss it, we may need to evaluate your experience level and make our decision based on that. This is a company of value and we don't compromise the quality of our products, including human resources.
Do I need to enroll as a member of your Community If I have already enrolled for PMBA Training?
